This will make sure that you don’t hurt yourself if you drive the forklift close to some object. Also make sure that you drive the forklift very carefully, especially if there are people around. Due to the size and weight of the forklift you can cause a lot of damage in case of an accident. Be especially careful when you drive backwards and when you park the forklift.
