Why now? There are many reasons the move to managed service is now a must for service providers. As a service provider who moves the business towards a complete managed service offering you become your clients business partner not unlike Ray Kroc’s thinking when it came to his franchisees.
Is every client (partner) ready to move to your new system maybe not and only because they do not know any better yet and for that reason is important to have a migration plan in place to help your partner move up through the different stages of partnership.
