Make sure that your customers are happy with their purchase and that if they have any questions or concerns, they can contact you. This will help you build good rapport with your customers and will open the door to sell them more products later. Make sure you let them know that you care about their satisfaction.

One of the greatest ways to follow-up with your customers is to use an auto-responder. After they make a purchase have them fill out an auto-responder form. An auto-responder will send them timed messages from the time of purchase. You can send a message right away, the day after, then a week later, and so on and so forth. You can include special bonuses in these emails. Customers loved non-advertised bonuses.
