A FACELESSNESS


A shadow
A figure
A face,
Is tailing
Is catching
Is counting,
The man
The motion
The pace,
In some place
In sure time
In minute moments,
To capture
To conquer
But vanished,
To then is lost
To then’s defeated
But then is gain,
And so forgotten
The facelessness
Of darkest stranger.
