When it comes to finding the best realtor to handle the selling or buying of your home, its always good to know a few questions that you can ask to know if the real estate agent is the right one for you.
Be sure that everything is explained to you upfront, make sure they provide you a “ listing presentation “ which basically should answer any questions you have.

- How long have you been handling real estate in this area?
- Do you hold a valid license?
- What are you responsibilities to me as a client?
- Do you represent buyers and sellers?
- How can you keep me up to date on new listings?
- How often will you contact me?
- What fees will I have to pay?
- Is there a contract I must sign when you work with me?
- What is marketing plan?
- Who helps you?
- Why should I go with you?
- Does you have a website?
- Does your website display MLS listings?
- What recognition have you received since being a realtor? And why?
- Are you pushy? Or will you allow us to have some say in choices?
