The One Thing I Can Do For You

By:Anna Biaritz Roldan

I can’t do everything for you
I can’t cross the longest bridge
I can’t swim the deepest ocean
But this doesn’t mean I don’t love you

I can’t do all your homeworks
I can’t be your slave
I can’t be your maid
But this doesn’t mean you’re not my love

I can’t do all these things for you
I can’t be all these people for you
This only means I’m true
‘Cause I can’t lie to you

But there’s one thing I can do for you
Something I’ve already learned to do
Something I’ve already started doing
And that is to love and care about you!
